3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Raqib. By using the service, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are authorized to act on behalf of your organization
2. Your organization has agreed to these terms

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

1. Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
2. All activity under your account
3. Ensuring user information is accurate and updated

5. Subscription & Payment

1. Plans are billed monthly or annually
2. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
3. In case of payment failure, we may suspend access

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software are owned by Raqib or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell our platform.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the platform for illegal activities
2. Attempt to breach our security
3. Upload malicious code
4. Misuse training simulations

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

1. You breach these Terms
2. Your organization requests termination
3. Payment is not received within 30 days

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

1. 100% uptime
2. Error-free performance
3. Results of training simulations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raqib is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Algerian State.
